WILLEM-JAN TIELEMANS
Willem-Jan has been a lawyer since 2006. His clients see him as a talented, enthusiastic lawyer with an efficient and result-oriented approach. He is engaged in drafting, negotiating and reviewing various types of national and international contracts. Willem-Jan is co-founder of Dutch Advocaten and specializes in Commercial, M&A, Corporate and IT Law. He is also regularly asked to share his knowledge in legal magazines and newspapers.

MAARTEN STOOP
Co-founder of Dutch lawyers and hands-on lawyer in the business and commercial field. Maarten’s activities include advising on shareholder agreements, acquisitions, commercial partnerships, but also advising the board. He also assists clients in corporate and commercial disputes, including disputes between directors, shareholders and commercial parties.

LEN HUARD
Len Huard is a seasoned advisor and litigator specializing in commercial and corporate law. He frequently advises on company acquisitions, real estate transactions, and commercial contracts. With his international experience and fluency in multiple languages, he is often involved in cross-border projects. He is also an experienced litigator, adept at handling politically sensitive matters where strategic thinking and discretion are key.
In addition to his legal practise, Len holds several leadership roles and serves on various boards. This business-oriented perspective ensures that legal solutions are aligned with both commercial and strategic objectives. Len is the President of the Dutch Boxing Federation and holds governance positions in both national and international organizations. MARIE-LOUISE VAN KLEEF
In 2024, Marie-Louise joined Dutch Advocaten as a partner. She is a lawyer and Mfn mediator and runs a combined practice with a focus on (business) mediation and real estate law. As a mediator she mediates private and business conflicts. Her work includes mediation in real estate disputes, but she also mediates in other business disputes. She also has extensive experience in the legal profession and advises and litigates on a variety of civil law (real estate) issues. She is structured, solution-oriented and has an eye for detail.

KITA DHALIWAL
Kita is a passionate lawyer with a strong focus on corporate and commercial contract law. Besides Law, she also studied Tax Law at the Free University in Amsterdam and the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Thanks to her broad experience at various law firms, she brings a wide range of knowledge and insight. Clients appreciate her not only for her expertise, but also for her accessibility.
MOHAMED EL MORABET
Mohamed graduated from the Free University of Amsterdam with a focus on both private and administrative law. Thanks to his commercial acumen and analytical skills, he quickly arrives at effective, client-oriented solutions. His connecting personality and excellent communication skills enable him to operate effectively both independently and in a team environment.
He has published in the field of competition law, with a particular focus on the Didam judgment. In that context, he is an expert on the private law playing field of the actions of administrative bodies. Mohamed’s research on the Didam judgment has been published in various legal journals and he is regularly cited by legal scholars.
DUCO BONGAERTS
Duco is the office manager at Dutch advocaten. He is currently studying Law at Leiden University and previously completed pre-university education (vwo) in Wassenaar. With strong organizational skills and a precise working style, he supports the team in daily operations and contributes to the smooth running of the firm.
CINDY SCHROETEN
Cindy Schroeten is a partner at Dutch and has specialized in employment law since 2009. Cindy started her career at a medium-sized reputable law firm in Amsterdam, after which she gained further skills at a niche employment law firm in Utrecht. Until mid-2023, Cindy was an employment lawyer at a top oncology hospital in Amsterdam. As a result, she knows the practice well and speaks the client’s language. In addition to being a lawyer, she is an MfN certified mediator and external confidential advisor.
