WILLEM-JAN TIELEMANS
Willem-Jan has been a lawyer since 2006. His clients see him as a talented, enthusiastic lawyer with an efficient and result-oriented approach. LEN HUARD
Len Huard is a seasoned advisor and litigator specializing in commercial and corporate law. He frequently advises on company acquisitions, real estate transactions, and commercial contracts. ERIC DE WAART
Eric has been working in the legal profession since 2002 and previously worked as a corporate lawyer for large international corporations in the field of corporate law.
He is involved in proceedings before, for example, the Enterprise Chamber, disputes between shareholders, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border projects. Eric regularly works in collaboration with other service providers such as accountants and tax specialists, giving him above-average insight into the financial and tax aspects of corporate law.

MARIE-LOUISE VAN KLEEF
In 2024, Marie-Louise joined Dutch Advocaten as a partner. She is a lawyer and Mfn mediator and runs a combined practice with a focus on (business) mediation and real estate law. As a mediator she mediates private and business conflicts. Her work includes mediation in real estate disputes, but she also mediates in other business disputes. She also has extensive experience in the legal profession and advises and litigates on a variety of civil law (real estate) issues. She is structured, solution-oriented and has an eye for detail.

MOHAMED EL MORABET
Mohamed graduated from the Free University of Amsterdam with a focus on both private and administrative law. Thanks to his commercial acumen and analytical skills, he quickly arrives at effective, client-oriented solutions. He has published in the field of competition law, with a particular focus on the Didam judgment. In that context, he is an expert on the private law playing field of the actions of administrative bodies. Loren Meijs is completing her graduation internship at Dutch Advocaten. She is a fourth-year student of Law at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, specialising in private law.
